This is my fat old girl Tilly. Her mum was dumped heavily pregnant at a cat rescue because the owner couldn't be bothered with the hassle of looking after the kittens.
She was my baby replacement following miscarriage at 5 months. She will be 14 this year and I love her to bits. She brought me immeasurable comfort at one of the hardest times of my life.
This is my daughters cat Mrs Norris. Another rescue from irresponsible owners, when my daughter brought her home from a girl at school she was so tiny and weak and covered in fleas I didn't think she would survive. She is now a very healthy, bouncy 2 year old who makes me laugh every day.
