Morning all, got up this morning and found barley had been sick and diarrhoea all on 4 mats, good thing their washable. Have to starve him today and give him dry toast tomorrow.
Not a nice thing to wake up to Logan. Hope Barley is soon on the mend. Spent yesterday with my sister, she has a 15yr old lab/retriever and is 'boarding' a 12 yr old Goldie.
Yes he's a bit better, thanks. Haven't given him his usual meal, only a few treats. For his dinner had half a slice of dry toast. That's a good age for a lab. One of our Goldie was 16 years. Had a few things wrong with him, but the worst was he eventually couldn't stand up. His spine wasn't very good, the nerves was going. That's good about the Goldie, have you got a pic of him/her.?
Sorry Logan no pictures I'm afraid, his name is Willow, a lovely old boy, he tried to have a little play with Floss, needless to say Floss spent most of the time running round him in ever decreasing circles. Tammie the lab is starting to struggle on her legs a bit, mainly when she first gets up, but she still enjoys her walks.
