    aym that clematis is superb ,I know my photography skills are iffy at times but that pink double petunia I did was a poppyimage

    Hi aym it's a Panasonic lumix had it a good few years could do with an upgrade , probably like to blame the camera but rather think it's me

    Glad my llilies came out to give me a show we are going to Crete for 11 days tomorrow our niece is getting married there there's sixty of us flying out tomorrow so last post youngest son is under gardener while away let's hope it rains imageimageimageimage

    Lovely aym, I think the blue one is Echium Blue Bedder. I grew it a couple of years ago.

    I think the large echium you're referring to is Echium pinnifolium. They grow all over here in Cornwall in sandy soil. 

    In an area called Praa Sands they grow on the sandy, South facing banks like weeds. If you're concerned you could try lifting them carefully later in the year, pot them up and put them in a greenhouse or conservatory.  

    I've got Anemone Wild Swan in my garden, grows really well. I give it a mulch in the winter to help protect from the cold.
