Love the colour of your Gazania B3 - all ours have yellow or orange colour - but they don't like dull days do they. In fact I was pleased that the slugs didn't seem to eat the leaves but they seem to enjoy nibbling at the petals for some reason. If your nigella are already in flower I have to assume that ours are not flowering this year - I sowed the seed outside back in March but there is no show of them at all.
Getting the wrong plants can spoil a garden display. I had a problem with an iris that turned out not to be the stated variety so, when it flowered a year after I got it, I complained and got my money back. Maybe you should try the same with your alliums.
Guernsey, mine are all self-seeded from weedy compost so they've had a bit of a head start! I've noticed on other threads that theirs are just coming into flower so don't give up hope!

One of those lovely metallic alliums, an Ann Folkard, and a random Sweet William with attached hoverfly. Finally, some sunshine.

Aym, you're right about the technology. And isn't it nice to record only the good bits without the snaily, sluggy bits just out if shot!
