Thanks aym - but definately pull love in a mist up, it'll seed everywhere! mine were just 4/5 plants given to me last year! My favourite part of the garden this year, just not sure what to do when they've finished flowering.
thanks nanniemo, I've been looking at totally tangerine (lovely)at Harlow Carr today, but prefer Mrs bradshaw in my borders it's much brighter.
The climbing Blue Moon is a very sweet rose Aym, has a beautiful delicate fragrance too! Ive got four climbing roses that we are training to cover an old polytunnel frame (which we've added more climbing structures to) I've chosen them for their fragrance and delicate colours. Hopefully in a few years it will create a fragrant rose tunnel.... That's the plan anyways!! . Will post pics when they are all in flower and doing their thing!
What an awesome job you did with those cuttings!! Must take note and also do the same!!
Aym, I've been eating my omelette burnt for over 30 years and will continue to do so, haven't died yet! Anyone know what these yellow ones are? They come from random bulbs I was given. George just opening
Lovely flowers Sophie. I love the intensity of the lilies. And that lunch is very inviting.
MrsGarden, I love your Mrs Bradshaw and nigella. I got rid of mine as the colour was too much for me next to pinks and purples, but it looks great like that mixed with blues. (I have also seen it with salvias and it looks fab).
RB, those pinks with the purple lavender (?) are gorgeous. The colours really complement each other.
I had a look at the weather forecast and another warning of torrential rain, so i decided to cut my only remaining peony flower (the first one rotted away). I'm no flower arranger but as we seem to have a swimming pool instead of grass i think it was the right thing to do!
