been to Morrisons too - resisted the Hostas however did get a curry plant, thyme and chives.
B&Q next door and also resisted lots in the poorly plant section - does annoy me that with a bit of care and attention a lot of those plants wouldn't need to be there. But then again I guess there would be no bargains - best ones so far for me Camellia £1 and Hellebore £2.
Liri - Harlow Carr is too far for us in a day ....so he would have to take me away for a whole weekend
One weather fcast said rain due here at 3pm, other said 4pm. It arrived at 3.30 ....how do they do that
My garden is now looking ship shape - close to giving up on penstemmon - they make everything look such a mess for so long. But this year they have a reprieve. Also planted a couple of tiny (now) but soon to be whopping hydrangeas for the back of the border. They say 2-3m .....we shall see
Back from zoo - brilliant. Lots of stars but thinky absolutely gave was a Poitou Donkey stallion . The Siberian tigers and Snow leopard are pretty impressive too. Great welfare standards too

Enjoy the rest of your BH
Star: I watched the A Word. Not normally an emotional person I was in tears at times (long day hadn't helped!)
Last of sea holy roots potted up, cake in the oven, now to decide what to do with this joint of pork.
Really enjoyed the A word, found it both funny, and, really sad. Loved the music too.
Much warmer today, but we have had a rain storm of biblical proportions, so not a lot done.
