You were always able to jump to the latest post, now you have to keep backing up to find out where you left off yesterday.
i think this is my last post, someone has opened yet another thread about the new look, that's, what seven now!
Hows Nora supposed to look through all that lot . She has specifically asked that everyone just post on the same one that she opened, but no, here's another this morning. Can't be doing with this.
too many amateur hosts on here now for my liking.
i have found another very good gardening site that moves very quickly, so very vibrant, and I already belong to another one anyway. Twos plenty to keep up with.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
Good morning. I feel as if I am in a very different place
Wonky please don't go. Give it a wee bit longer.
I don't like the huge advert above your head!!!
i think advertising is behind most of this. It's not a nice lay out and as most of us are subscribers to the mag it feels a bit greedy Please think about your priorities G W A lot of our regulars look as if they are missing
I, for what it's worth, shall hang on a bit longer in the hope we are all listened to
no notifications either
Weeds are flowers, too, once you get to know them.” A A Milne
I haven't been able to see new posts until I sent one, so clever Hubby said touch the little circular arrow on the top of my screen which refreshes it and hooray, it works,
Lyn, I understand what you mean, but I think people are starting new threads about this new format because they can't find the others. I can't find any of them.
Every time I click on latest posts or new threads it takes me ones 4 days old or older. Think I shall give up too soon.
Lilyp, I really don't want to lose the friends I have made on here. I don't have many close friends as most folks my age have kids and their worlds are busy with that. This forum gave me company, conversation, support and advice from like minded people that made my world a little less lonely. Work have given me a few days annual leave as its all on top of me at the moment, so maybe I will try to adapt but I'm not a patient person when it comes o technology and with good weather I will more likely be in the garden! But will pop in here from time to time although I can't see it being a relaxing activity now, more headache inducing!
Last weekend I realised that I was spending too much time on the forum reading and chatting rather than being outside doing, so I decided to have a bit of a break and just look in occasionally. It has taken me quite some time to even find you all to say hello.

I can only find this thread because I've kept an old email notification
it's still here.
I hoped it was a nightmare. IT'S REAL.
Bye for now.
G,day all.
The web site designers, seem to have managed something, that even the worst trolls never did, by causing a mass exodus from the site.
I shall struggle on, but I can't see me posting much, it is to much effort, to find the threads I want.
Oh. well, at least it is sunny, so the garden beckons.
