There are dozens of species of eryngium and they don't all have spiky leaves
That could be Eryngium planum
Or it might not be.
It's difficult with photos, faced with the plant I'd have no doubt and I'm sure it's the same for others. A few more photos might help
Number one looks a bit like a euphorbia to me, but then again I'm often wrong.
I haven't seen number 1 yet. It's tiny on the screen and blurs when I enlarge it
i've no idea what the weeds are but the blue flower in the basket is lobelia.
The 1st one looks like Bilberry though I'm not sure what's next to it in the pot.
