Hello SolentWind. Your garden looks quite a project but looks interesting and will be rewarding. Good luck with it and don't forget to show us photos. I love Great Dixter too.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I think Monty deserves a drink or six, having to deal with the general public!

I haven't watched the programmes, I prefer just a straight forward gardening info programme, not with public. Miserable old tart that I amimage

I re watched it as I wasn't really paying attention first time round Lyn - but I'd agree with you!  When he apologised for being late, perhaps he'd been in the pub, getting some Dutch courage to face them. It made me laugh!  image

Welcome SWind. That'll keep you out of mischief for a few weeks...or months....image

Been out doing a few bits and bobs. Very dull and cloudy now but the washing was half dried at least.

More seeds sown. Those ruddy Harebells are tiny....image

    Evening all.

Very successful day. Did not do anything on my very long to do list, but instead wandered around moving things on a whim, dividing things that I hadn't intended to, and generally thought that things would look better as a result of what I had done.

    Lovely and sunny too.

Now dinner to look forward to.

    Enjoy the evening everyone.

I've had a bit of a potter too today between the downpours.

Moved penstemon into tunnel ready for cuttings.

Planted 3 hostas and a black bamboo. image Verdun. image
