Verdun , would really recommend Aldi and Lidl for gardening stuff they tend to have promotion

This week it is Aldi , for example o/h got me some perlite £3-49 less than half the price   in local g/c .

Next thursday Lidl are having a promotion

Had a good day in garden trimmed 2 trees 1 bush , cut lawns with blades a bit higher than normal plus few other jobs , very cold but lovely and sunny

sounds like lots of us had a good time outside image

Lavateras do grow massive Runnybeak, I planted one in my last garden which was tiny and soon regretted it.

Wasn't intending on doing any gardening today but my sister sent me a beautiful bareroot rose for my birthday and it had to be planted. I have a proper rosebed now it is getting very full.

Trees and shrubs waking up in my garden. Beautiful day, hard frost at night, predicted all week, luckily I  make sure my nana is wrapped up in the shed, won't be much longer before I bring my nana into the cold room downstairs image

managed to finish my week's work early this morning so I got out to move some stuff and potted up other twiggy-sprouting things. Everything's poised to pop, even my nana although it might need feeding up first image

  • Three days of sunshine but previous rain rain rain has washed away lots of soil from last years planted shrubs so spent time topping up the soil around them. Managed to cut the lawns this afternoon, a flock of sheep would have been useful!

Nice one Susan, that's exactly why I don't own a lawn image
