    Rub it in indeed.... the pan does need to be well greased to start with, and HOT.  The pan is indeed usually not hot enough to start with.

    We've just finished ours - yummy savoury mince at least three big ones each, followed by a few sweet ones.  Even my aged mother, who's not a big eater AND ill, tucked in with relish.  Well, with lemon juice anyway.

    Fruit salad in some was quite yummy but it wasn't chopped finely enough - and would be improved by some Nutella or similar spread first to stick it all together image

    Watched my mum make 3 for my dad. He said they were like bike tyres! Don't think mum was too happy!

    We had an omelette instead as I'm not keen!
