It's me losing the plot Fairy. Got the thread mixed up. Seems as though we have the same moon. Yours looks much better than mine. Great shots.

  • We have inherited a square of grass with 30 to 40 year old shrubs round it.

We took down a tree that had self seeded and given the speed it had grown last year would have been touching the bungalow with its branches by next summer.

While our clay garden was a quagmire we cleared the patio which took a skip and one very tiring week.

Since then I've spent the last month cleaning flags, painting the garden furniture, and collecting plants in pots that will eventually go onto the borders. While most of it is wild and in need of severe taking out or pruning it's just been wonderful to enjoy being outside surrounded by green stuff.

Lovely Perki image  My erigeron is 4 feet by 3 feet this year. . . . the biggest it's ever been. It will need to be moved for next year.

    Hi there,

Pics taken today after a welcome weather change from dry to wet. Hardly any rain at all here in Brittany since beginning of July. Nevertheless managed to keep my lawn green and plants healthy...
