Lovely colours Cloggie - I am a great fan of Geum Mrs. Bradshaw - and are those poppy heads waiting to burst open in the middle picture? If so, then they are far more advanced than mine are.
yes GD2, they're on the brink. Some have opened already but way down in the foliage (which seems excessive this year) so you can't see them. Thankfully some buds have popped up above the foliage so that we'll see them when they break. They will be dayglo orange which should clash beautifully with their neighbours!!

Dani, I do like your herb planter
Thank you Joyce, so simple too and free as our flooring was delivered on it!
A shady patch, brightened up by heucheras and young aquilegias just about to flower:
What gorgeous gardens you all have. Yarrow its heart warming to see wildlife take advantage of the facilities isn't it
Dani - your garden looks lovely especially that wooden pallet. Your little dog looks just like a Jack Russel my Mum had, the spitting image in fact

Im still leaving my lawn uncut, except for a mowed curved path through the centre, and a mowed border...
Like it Lead. I'm afraid mine would be full of field weeds if I did that but i think it looks lovely.
