Wow Perki, you know how to plant a pot! The last two are particularly delicious, Which Heucheras, pansies, tulips and daffs are they? Do you take the bulbs out when they're done and plant something with the Heucheras for summer? Sorry for all the questions but they really are outstanding.
Thanks Flowerlover3 , I am really pleased with some of my pots especially the terracotta pot with purple pansys and shirley tulips. It had tete a tete daffs early which went well with the pansys.
Heuchera are sugar plum ( purple ) and marmalade I plant them in the garden after bulbs have finished, I may try and propagate from them first. I plant the pots up with summer plants petunia / dahlia / canna etc
Yellow - red tulip is flaming parrot cant remember other tulip in barrel.
Dark tulip is black parrot
White - red tulip is estella Rynveld I got these cheap they were being sold off, next year I get some better bulbs.
Cant remember the daff name its scent nice sweet smell, I got them from lidl and black parrot.
The pansys I grown myself from seed, I got them off ebay. Frizzle sizzle pansys, think others are jolly joker / others.
I growing a wisteria myself you can just see it on the first picture and the wood post
Great pix as always. Love the white tulips with purple pansies Perki. My personal preference is a single colour in each pot so that's as multi coloured as I like a pot to be.
My Miss Bateman is coming on. Loads of buds still to open. A small plant bought two years ago and potted on. This explains why you pay more for a mature clematis as opposed to buying tiny plugs or cuttings. They take time to grow into decent plants
Some of the planting in the adjacent raised bed.
The pots of Dianthus and Lilies on the path can get moved to a more permanent home soon, now that the building work's done - hurray!
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Everyone's gardens look beautiful. You are all really inspirational to me with all the fabulous plants you grow and all your knowledge. Hope you won't mind me pestering you all for advice and tips. ?

Not at all p.p.
It is just that wet covers a whole variety of soil conditions, and I don't think those plants would like to live in a bog, but they do like it damp.
Maybe I did not explain myself properly.
The Astrantia is a beauty, isn't it?

I've seen people mention them but I've never checked them out. I'll have to follow the photo threads a little more closely in future.
Thanks Punkdoc
