    Thought I'd add a picture of my huge cosmos image unfortunately I didn't take a photo until today when it's been weather battered image still, it keeps on going! (just ignore collapsed gazebo etc in background image )

    This was the star in my garden on Saturday - after being very elusive a few days before, he decided to pose nicely on the white buddleia with three of his friends image

    Lovely buddleja, Fairygirl.

    I have some roscoeas in flower now. The first came to me a long time ago labelled as something else, but I believe it to be R. x beesiana. The purple flushing is variable from year to year.

     R. purpurea hybrids."Royal purple"  Much larger, and thicker stem. flowers look like painted silk.
