Yes, Pashley Manor seemed a bit bigger than I remembered. There was a new entrance and gift shop building and i think the paths around the lake were extended. Also 7 new loos!

A couple of weeks ago, the gardens in the Park estate near Nottingham castle were open. This wisteria and the wildflower bank were in the same garden .

That looks a beautiful garden Mrs. Garden. Has anyone else been to any other NGS gardens?

Has anyone been anywhere yet, any photos to share? We went to Groombridge Place as well for a day out with grandchildren, but the garden (herbaceous bit) was a bit scruffy. Note the huge wisteria.

Busy you've been to Wisley does that mean you live in my area? Visited it so many times at different times of the year. Always something lovely to look at there.

No, addict, I live in Dordogne, France. We go to England on holiday! Went in June and visited gardens. We'll be back in September. We stay in a family holiday flat in Eastbourne. Actually, the journey to Wisley was a bit of a nightmare, there was an accident on the M25 so we couldn't even get on to it because of the queues so we went by country roads. Should have taken 1 1/2 hours but it took 3h20. Hope no one was hurt. Wisley was lovely and had changed quite a bit since I last went nearly 40 years ago.
