I've just watched it on iplayer due to lack of telly. I thought the standard of dancing was excellent for the first week. D O'D doing a jive or a Cha cha though....that's going to be quite something.Anyone else feel like shaking him?
Hubby and I always like to watch these types of shows because it's just light entertainment. What I don't like lately is that the audience is encouraged to make so much noise. It's almost enough to make you stop watching.
We're currently getting US Voice because we like the judges. Also UK voice is beginning and I love Rita, Tom, Will and Ricky. The Australian Voice and X factor are equally intriguing, but once again, the audience noise is a major put off. Don't the people who run these shows know how we feel about it?
Used to love Strictly but it seems much of a muchness these days The camera crews annoy me-I am watching something and they change the view so no dancing can really be seen in the group dances. Anyone else find this? Pat E love your photo I also am a ballroom dancer but not with the acrobatics!
We don't have it here in Oz, so have only looked at a couple of episodes that someone on this site told me about. The trouble is I'm using an iPad and the screen and sound is not the best.
Oh dear! Not a good start for our gorgeous Carol Kirkwood and an excellent start for Helen George.....yet another with the advantage of being a trained dancer.

Hi conifer, I certainly don't do it at age 75, but it was good when I was 19.
Im nearer your age than nineteen! But still get around the floor What do you think of the cameras moving around so much?
