    aym280 says:

Dove: Haha! Typical of her. Love the comparison with Blair! Charlie is very diplomatic and Suzannah fancied him like mad, probably still does ..  Thank you for the intelligence of Naga's uni. Imagine if she's from Oxbridge!

    See original post

Aym image not for the first time you've totally misread at least one post and misattributed another.  image

Can you explain just what you have against people who have been to Oxford or Cambridge?

Aym - again you're not reading posts properly - I quoted the post I was referring to - your post of 12.39 this afternoon!

I have not made a post mentioning Blair,Charlie or Suzannah.

Also, in your post of 9.39 yesterday morning you said "Naga with naked ambition,  pushy in my opinion.   Is she from Oxbridge? "  implying that attending Oxbridge equates with 'being pushy'. That is why I asked just what it is that you have against Oxbridge students.

Have to admit, I thought aym was anti-Oxbridge students too.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Well, you've said one thing that has cheered me up considerably - phew! image

Nevertheless, please try not to misquote me image

  • I love the sports stars that they have on - they're so committed and driven, but often haven't got any experience of dancing or 'performing' in that sense. I always feel that the singers have a little bit of an advantage, as regardless of never having done formal dancing before, they've usually been to stage school or at least had to perform a routine that's been choreographed for them.

Personally, I thought Anastasia's rumba was boring on Saturday night and Naga's routine was quite fun, I find them both a bit clunky as dancers generally speaking, but the judges score on technical performance, which I know nothing about!

Amazing jive though, I rewound it and watched it again.

Agree no obvious "10s" this week (from my scorecard) but the orchestra/singers deserve "10s" most weeks.

Strictly snacks are so necessary... weapon of choice this evening was crisps, dips and wine ?

Once again, a celebrity who is unable to perform gets a free ride into the next show.  That's one aspect of the programme that I really don't agree with.  If somebody has to pull out of the show that should be the end of them with nobody else being removed that week.

They could still have the vote, but carry the points over to the following week.  That would also guarantee the correct number of contestants in the final.
