I have tried to stay away from this topic... but I love most! sitting at my desk i have 1 biscuit left of McVities Digestives Caramels packet! (I won't tell you how many there was to start with image) Packed of Kitkats, n' a small box of celebrations.... No biscuit/sweety is safe lol!image (Unless dark chocolate & has fruit n' nuts in it image- then it is safe from me lol!)

Right, it's got to stop.  All this leading me astray isn't good for me, my waistline or my pocket.

After reading this thread this morning I decided I needed a biscuit with a cup of tea.   Hadn't got any so I drove to Tesco Express, on the way I decided I may as well pop to Ashwoods GC.  When I got there it seemed rude not to go in the coffee shop and ended up having a raspberry scone with jam and clotted cream.

On the way out I spotted two beautiful obelisks that had been reduced by a third and I bought them.

I am now sitting on the sofa feeling thouroughly guilty.image

I'm supposed to have given up biscuits & cake until my waistline shrinks a bit...  but I think I could help you a bit, LucyL, by taking all the plain choc, fruity nutty things you hate off your hands  image

Abernethy biscuits are lovely and thin & buttery, and great for dunking, btw.  image  Not that I've got any in the house at the moment...  image
