KT53 We used to call it Flies' Cemetery! But ours wasn't Garibaldi biscuits, it was a luscious layer of spiced dried fruit between two layers of pastry. Ummm yummm! I haven't made that for years, since the grandchildren grew up and left home.

Bourbon are the only 'cream' biscuits I like. Shortbread, plain choc digestives, choc Hobnobs, Garibaldi (flies graveyards - do they still make them?)
We've had them punkdoc, I like the way they make them so the chocolate overhangs the biscuit for nibbling.
Gingernuts are great for dunking but dark choc digestives are the best
Plain digestives dunked in tea and removed just before they go too soft and fall in!

My favourites are Florentines, yummy dried fruit, nuts and chocolate. Otherwise chocolate Hobnobs.
