Favourite biscuit?

OK, I'm stuck indoors with the rain/hail or whatever it is currently falling out of the sky.
I think my cups of coffee and biscuits are probably the most important part of my gardening day.
So what is your favourite biscuit? I'm a Bourbon Cream fan, just right for dunking in coffee. 
My son says that they are cheap and nasty. It doesn't stop him raiding my supply though.

Same here Gemma, ever since my primary school opened a tuck shop and we could buy 2 in a little packet.
I still have to seperate them and get the cream out first.
Up until then it was a paper bag of broken biscuits from the little co op round the corner.
Shame about your weather, I have been in the greenhouse sowing some seeds, lovely day but cold.
Belgians don't do proper biscuits so I make my own but only for events such as dance club activities. I do a mean Parmesan and oat biscuit for the savoury types and then chocolate chip always goes down well and there's a chocolate one with apricots or cranberries which make them chewy and sort of healthy. I like ginger nuts for the base of a lemon cheesecake and that means a 60km trip to the English shop.
Nothing to beat a nice bit of shortbread. Have been busy gardening as the weather has been lovely here today so no tea and biscuits for me.
Bourbon creams- another one here who has to separate them and get the cream out first, that's the best bit! I have a jar of bourbon spread in the fridge
Then a very close second is fruit shorties. perfect for dunking
Ummm well I like custard creams, hobnobs, nice, malted milks, digestives, oat ones and Jaffa cakes
I have given biscuits up for lent 
Chocolate digestives or garibaldi though I've cut out all junk since the end of January.
It's the humble Rich Tea for me!
Lemon puffs for me - although I would happily eat any that have been mentioned so far. We don't normally keep biscuits at home but I'm about to go and stay with my mum for a couple of days (to celebrate her 90th!) and she's bound to be well stocked with biscuits and cake...
