No sign here of any perennials except hellebores, hemerocallis and hardy geraniums plus a few pulmonarias starting to flower. Evereyone else is sensibly staying underground because we're having heavy overnight frosts at the mo after a few dark grey days with bitter winds and very low temps.
Warming up now though so shouldn't be long.

Hi Gillian, yes the shoots are around 3-4 inches high on mine, but it is in a sheltered spot.

No sign of mine just yet.
The one I split in Autumn and put in the ground are just about showing.
I've 3 clumps of it, all only a couple of inches high at most, I find Dicentra grow rapidly so I wouldnt worry too much.
they are up and running already. most of the perennials are popping their heads now. tulips are in bud ready to show off their beautiful petals.
Looks like mine is coming up too say hello, it's found it's way through the 2-3 inches of soil improver I added just after Xmas!
Weeded the bed they are in yesterday and not a glimmer as yet. Last year I had given up on them completely but they did appear in mid April.
Mine look like Rhod's, maybe a little bigger, hard to tell amongst the weeds
