My shed is full to the brim, unfortunately not with plants or tools. It's full of display boards, notice boards, boxes of stuff I need for geology events, the overflow of rocks from my flat and spare posting tubes for maps. It wasn't intended as such at all but events overtook my plans.  One of these days though..........

What a lovely shed Daryl2, so neat and tidy. I love how you have hung the bean poles from the ceiling, what a cracking idea.
I have finally claimed back my shed, OH was using it as a computer lab up until recently. I have a huge work bench that houses all my camping equipment and tools hanging on the wall, and net curtains up at the windows, the outside looks nice, as its painted like a little like a beach hut. I would like it to be a proper potting shed where I could actual pot things up, but need would need to find a home for the camping stuff. I'm rather jealous of Monty's shed and the big box of his own mix of compost for seedlings and cuttings. I have to do it all on the kitchen table. Have to be a tad careful there as vermiculite could pass for muesliimage

Thanks Caral, I was pleased with those hooks for the canes. I hate clutter and those canes have always been such a pain to keep organised! I bought the big square ladder hooks for them and while I was trying to decide whereabouts to put them it occured to me that up in the roof would be the best place. No chance of tripping over them now image

and the other bonus is that we have just had a big new garage built with a workshop for my husband so there is no excuse for any of his stuff creeping into MY shed! Bliss image

Well you have certainly inspired me, Daryl. I'm going to have a good sort out of my shed and get organised.  image

Have fun then! I started with a list of what I needed to store then decided what could go in drawers, on the shelf, on tool hooks or on other kinds of hooks. Those red covered hooks are from BnQ and are relatively cheap and come in lots of different shapes and sizes. It's so lovely to go in there now and know where everything is image A place for everything and everything in it's place!

I do love the red cane hooks. I love new shed ideas. My canes are in a bucket. I do have a tendency to get hooked on them or knock them over. My shed roofs quite high  and I'm short so I'll have a think about what I can do.

It would work anywhere along a wall where you can reach them, Lunaria. The other good idea that I saw at the local community garden was a length of plastic gutter mounted on a wall and used to store empty pots lying on their sides. Pots are another thing that are generally very difficult to keep tidy!

I could put them along a wall. I have some guttering I have been wondering what to do with. Will have to think about the pot holder idea.  Its a good idea. I was over run with pots, but I have potted up so much I am running out. I may need it once everything gets potted outside. image
