I started with a single plant that was known as Mrs Perry, salmon pink flowers which have since multiplied and changed colour to include baby pink with thick stems and orangey red of a slender stature, seen here
It's those Australians and Newzealanders, I am sure, just because they live upside down they think they can post their upside down pics all over the web and get away with it lol
Oi Runnybeak, sorry I only noticed your question just now, about Blue Eyes. Yes you should be able to find it, it's a pretty recent introduction. The scent is incredible. It is moody though; in dry hot sunny weather it is the colour it is supposed to be (like in the picture), but if it is chilly grey and damp, it turns pinkish-magenta with plummy eyes. Still the lovely scent, but it can look a bit hectic, especially in changeful weather when the two colourways mix.
I know thompson and Morgan has a doubtful reputation recently, but here is a link:
Runnybeak, good you found it! I had pasted a link to the T&M page but it evaporated, apparently.
Everyone who visits my garden wants a Blue Eyes too, she seems quite irresistible. I even had to ship a whole plant to my Granny in Italy after she saw the pictures It is a really healthy rose. I've never seen a aphid or black spot on it, although my other roses occasionally get some.
Here is the gate I built for my ducks, with wood I cut in our forest (chestnut, and hornbeam saplings). There is a small Malvasia grape vine planted at the side (out of the picture), which should in time cover the "arch" at the top!
