    Well, they're smaller than Lyn's at the moment, you'll have to grow them on a bit - but the seed came from the National Collection in Wales  'cos it's in the same village as Aunty B, so they're a bit special - but aqulegias are pretty novice-friendly - even slugs and snails don't like them image


    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Well Panda think that's a grand idea! I will post pics when its blooming so you can be sure what your getting image it won't be long buds are forming as we speak! They are quite majestic, I had estimated a yard tall but recalling last year, more like a meter! image

    The aquilegias are very easy to grow, thanks to the seed swap I now have all the colours in all the sizes, just wish I could remember who sent them to me.

    Great garden Davids looks huge, I envy you the space. My small patio garden, am I letting it get too over grown I wonder.

    Think that your patio garden is lovely Joe, I don't see an overcrowding problem unless you want to play football! You still have sun in there, as long as the plants get what they need image really pretty!
