SGL - I'm so sorry to hear this, you must be beside yourself with worry. I wish I could say or do something to make it better, but at least she's in the best hands

  • Thank you fishy, I'm so far away I just feel helpless. I've other things going on so can't go to help. I know she understands, but it doesn't make me feel any better.

Hi Lily sorry your friend is having such a rough time of it.  It's really hard when you want to help but can't. Try not to worry too much, it sounds as if you have a lot on your own plate, so be careful you don't get too downhearted.

Hi from Kingswinford in the West Midlands
  • Thank you Yvie and Verdun.

Verdun, hope all goes well for your mum, have you managed to find a lovely home for her yet. I do know what you mean tho about being with other forgetful patients, you do wonder if it helps or not. Best wishes Verdun, take care.

Waiting for doc to visit mum, second time this week, I advised receptionist to ask him to bring  a catheter, but what do I  know?
