Help. Not sleeping.

    I agree with that, it must be a worry. I know I never sleep well when OH is away, even if I know he is in his hotel, and I worry about him driving during the day let alone night time. Even if you aren't consciously aware of it, it may be subconscious worrying. But as mystery woman says, I'm not sure what you can do about that?? image

    No Fishy, its called valerian, but its not the one that makes you sleepy, odd isnt it! image

    And if you need any more ideas - slow breathing is another.

    Force yourself to breathe in by your nose and out by your mouth 10 times, but slowly and deeply, concentrating on your breathing. By the tenth breath you will  (or should be) more relaxed, and hopefully sleepy.
