Just seen 3 types of pyracantha for sale. Red, orange and yellow berries.
My question is this.
How far apart do i space them?
I was also considering having the whole left fence running down the garden covered in these 3 varieties. They are selling 5 of any of the 3 for ??19.99 on eBay and i think it would look great!
Hey mick and Bekki, sorry for late arrival A question each! Mick the neighbours who stare, are they from the house that has the conservatory? Bekki I have big pyracantha and want to move later on, do you think it will take a move?
I think the spacing is supposed to be 18 inches between plant, im awful at this, i always plant closer together!
Why not have red running into orange into yellow? It would look fab and they are such tough plants! You can also grow something else through them if you get bored
I dunno about a couple of bags of muck, at this rate you will need to buy a horse!
Its important to get the soil right before planting
Ive used creativegardenideas for compost and muck in the past, they offer free delivery in most areas if you spend 30 quid
