My lovely pig farmer neighbours came over for a drink earlier, their garden and parts of the piggery (?) were flooded yesterday, for the first time in 30 years.
Last Sunday was pretty grim in Colchester. Given how open the gardens are (surprisingly enough!) it would have been advisable to stay in the tearoom and eat cake!
We went to the Savill garden in April. It poured but they lent us 2 big umbrellas. We were the only people in the garden. I enjoyed it, but I'm probably a bit garden bonkers!
