Thank you Chicky, it is beautiful and gets several flowers from now until August/September. The seeds were free from a gardening mag a few years ago and these are the last of them, they were out of date and the flowers are smaller than in previous years so that could be why. I will need to save the seeds to try and keep them going as I can't find them anywhere.
Bumped for Loganberry and also to say, I think I've ID'd a couple of the sunflowers wrong. The Velvet Queen and Black Magic look very similar, but I think the Black Magic have darker stems and I only have 3 Velvet Queen, so they can't all be Velvet Queen, but the flowers look very similar. The last one I posted was Black Magic
Mongolian giants- I have 2 of these in the front garden which were attacked hard by slugs when they were smaller- still growing well, but nowhere near as well as the 2 in a pot in the back garden (which gets less sun!) these pics were taken last week, I swear they are a foot taller now- just had to secure them to my drainpipe!
The smaller teddy bear sunflowers are also doing well, I love that they are multiheads!

Another Velvet Queen, as you can see Karools the sun is behind it and it's still facing forward so don't worry too much about yours
