Bindweed or not?

I need help identifying a plant/weed.... Ive moved to a new house and had to totally revamp the garden beds...this grows in all the beds..It has some characteristics of bindweed,,,a netlike root system...grows at rapid rate...  does not have the white trumpet flowers and doesnt grow tall and strangle...this is low growing..bushlike and has a delicate white flower with a yellow centre.....it has a very pungent smell if leaves are disturbed, Ive ripped up loads of the stuff and it just grows back.

  • Ive tried that but for some reason my computer wont show me the upload or browse on the computer box so i can upload a pic x

    Could it be Black Nightshade?

Sounds like Solanum dulcamara, bittersweet, woody nightshade. That's really pungent, especially when it goes through a shredder
