I think it means No expert only has 20 plants so he must be sparing with them. Quite right too; new potatoes are such a treat; every one of them to be savoured!
RogerB2 my Vales Emerald had flowers, my Pentland Javelin don't. Both are 1st earlies. Second earlies Charlotte are now flowering but won't be ready for a few more weeks. Hope you enjoy yours when they are ready.
