Jean, my OH used to work in Skem before he retired. The company moved from Preston, it was a bit of a trek from Rossendale, but mostly motorway. Have you been to the lavender farm I don't think it's too far from you? They do nice tea and cakes and have some lovely aromatherapy products
Have to get to Huddersfield, home, and then to Worcester tomorrow! Let's hope I don't need that sledge and huskies, the weather forecast says the snow will ne right down that route. Still snowing here, but road OK.
