Right, well the lady I've just spoke to said my order was never loaded on the van, where as the chap before said the computer confirmed it was loaded and definately coming tonight. Long story short, it isn't. It's coming in the morning now. They've added a £10 e-voucher to my account, and I get free delivery on my next order.
If it hasn't put you out too much the fair enough-she probably has limits on what can be offered -it depends whether you want to make a fuss or consider it a bonus.
It hasn't put me out really Geoff. And I'm not a fuss maker. Might make me a bit of a doormat but I like an easy life. So yes, it's considered a bonus.
