Having the same as Geoff tonight, chicken and leek (from garden) pie. I'm going to see son, his French wife and baby grandaughter for weekend so thought if I made pie OH would have something to eat. He's staying at home to look after animals. No computer at son's.
Those snowdrops were lovely, Flo. We went to Walsingham Abbey gardens 3 years ago. Stunning.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Spent afternoon in veg garden. Laid out anti-weed fabric on new strawberry bed, pinned it down with huge staples, planted 38 strawberry plants and built frame which I will put netting on later. Did some hoeing. Lovely day, mild, took coat off, weeds starting to grow.
