  • Hello all. I had a lie in this morning as I wanted to finish the book I was reading. A good book and a couple of cups of tea - luxury.

OH went off to work and son no. 3 decided he didn't want to go for the interview after all, and would rather stick with what he's got at the moment, partly because he gets fed at his current job! Fair enough!

Son no. 2 is about to go off with his friend to look at motorbikes or something. He never tells me his plans.

I've got some things I can list on ebay - anybody want some Lego?

The chickens are having a scratch around and a wander, and I'm just having a coffee and trying to decide whether to do baking or gardening first. Decisions decisions.....

Come in for lunch. Finished digging and manuring new strawberry bed. Cut branches off huge smoke bush and done some other bits of pruning. Now it's all lying on the lawn and needs clearing up. Any volunteers?
