the sprinter with the sleeves had lovely long hair but with hundreds of a second counting would it make a difference if they shaved their heads especially in wet weather when the hair would be heavy when wet.

Good afternoon/evening my lovelies. Had busy couple of days. Hate visitors calling unannounced. image

Dinner menu - Sausage chips and beans. Really can't be bothered to do anything. Lost my mojo. image

And sun just poking it's head out now it's stopped raining.

Pottiepam I was watching the long jump and wanted to tie back their hair too. Not sure how they would feel about shaving it but a pony tail would be much better.

Becks we have obviously swopped weather after a lovely day it is now raining.

Cauli cheese with penne- my version of macaroni cheese. Yummy cheese from excellent cheese shop in OH's 'town'.

Combination of strawberries & raspberries for pud. Market was selling 2 punnets for £1 & quite happy that I wanted a punnet of each, not 2 of the same fruit.

The missing M&S flower/pressie delivery to SIL for her birthday has turned up only 2 days after was due & on a day that 'they' said didnt deliver to the island!

Off to cook now. BTW thoroughly enjoyed the horses! J.

Just popped into The Lost Gardens of Heligan on the way home, there are lots of lovely seeds there but none for any Autumn/Winter planting.image But i got some inspiration for the beds that i will be installing soon.

Have we got any players for the team yet?
