No orchid leave them a bit longer .... They look fab mine now have 4 true leaves each....... they don't mind being a bit root bound it is hard to say but if they show signs of stress the. Yes transplant ( try not to touch the leaves at all cost) uproot them and let them fall over then gently lift via the stem/ roots
Lol Clari, I think I will need to find some more friends.....I might give one to my MIL Being as doubting of my abilities as ever Clari, I sowed all the seeds Stacey sent me, expecting not even half to germinate!!
Thanks Stacey, I can't believe how much they have come on over the weekend while I have been away, they have obviously liked the sun being on them
*Giggles* I don't think I have the space for all the seeds Stacey sent me - much less when they'd sprouted! Definitely going to have to get the greenhouse heated for next year so I can sew early enough in little batches and transfer them to the greenhouse once they've hardened off a little!
scroggin it's a fab day out ....orchid now is the time to put them in the sunniest place possible the fruit will reward you for it no end.... I'm so glad they are growing better than expected.... Tea n square pots never fails!!!
Should I put them in the GH Stacey? The windowsill they are on is the sunniest in the house, it gets sun all day from about 11am (when the sun is out!!) as it is at the back of the house. .
Still disappointed that I failed to germinate some though

I was wondering where I'd find space for my few if the summer was poor as it is!
Scroggin, don't know where you live but chilli fiesta at west dean in August is a MUST
