    One thing I often overlook/forget is the amount of hard physical effort it takes to shape and transform gardens and I really noticed that in these last batch of photos I've looked through...

    BusyBee, Lyn, Allium and Wintersong (hope I haven't missed anyone) your gardens are an inspiration and a credit to you...

    I really like the plant in your first pic Wintersongimage- I thought it was a potentilla but is it perhaps the geum David mentioned?

    Thats a pretty colour echinacea David - sadly they are poor doers in my garden. Nice pic of the achillea tooimage
