Oh - special tiny fairy bees of course Lesley....image

The one in the middle has been busy - he has lovely little orangey trousers image

It's more purple than in the pic - all the purples come out a bit blue on my camera image

It's one I got as a tiny seedling and  I lost the label many moons ago - bunnies then ate it at previous house and I eventually managed to revive it after a couple of years. Think it's probably The President or something similar but I can't remember image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Steve, I m the opposite to you, I can't see the point of growing edibles , they take up the room needed for beauty!

    Lovely pics fairy.

    P.doc, outstanding beauty!

L bennet - looking good and very tidy

Ciarnsie, love your pics too, my president has almost finished now, campanulas better this year than ever before.

Fg. Yes the Canna is unusual. Looking up in boks it seems that the Cannas originally brought back from India were like this, rather than the much larger flowers that most of the ones we grow now have. It also has fairly small leaves.

I could swear that it looks nothing like the plant from which I stole the seed.

How can you lie there and think of England
When you don't even know who's in the team
