    echibeckia summerina-limped along all summer but 10 days of monsoon brought it along-i guess if rudinacea is the alternative echibeckia is ok

    Nice cannas fidget and BL. image The one I got a couple of years ago as a bargain is just starting to flower. I had to shelter it from the stormy weather the other day in case it wrecked the first flowers!

    This is one of my oak leaf Hydrangeas coming into flower. The foliage is already turning - it goes a beautiful colour.

     Hydrangea star of the border this week. I cut it back to 6ins every year  Always sure I have gone too far but it never fails me!

    Looks as though you have a beautiful walled garden Lily Pilly. Is there much more of it?

    Yup, there sure is! We restored it from nothing. Very rewarding but the wall keeps falling downimage
