  • 9/10 for Plantagogo - a point knocked off as I had to chase the order. Tiny bit of weird carry-on but will overlook it on this occasion as the plants look nice and solid, what I would expect of a good perennial at this time of year anyway.

Got Geranium Black Beauty (as recommended by Verdunimage) and a new one for me, a Phlomis as I know Bekkie mentions them alot as good insect plants.image Also a geum and a veronica.

I was really after a Heuchera but the one I wanted was out of stock.

Just received a delivery of plants from Plantify.  They were delivered by Yodel who provided good tracking info culminating in an email this morning that gave me a 1hour slot for delivery.  The plants were really well packaged and in exceptional condition.  Also received 2 clematis from Taylors which as usually were beautiful plants well packaged (although they were delivered a day later than specified).

  • Two more nominations for good guy awards, for excellent customer service:

I had two plants fail over winter, a bare root from JParkers and a perennial from Hayloft.

Both companies responded immediately and politely and without question agreed to replace the plants. I have received a nice new bare root from Parkers already and Hayloft are sending me a 3 pack as a replacement even though only one failed.

I should add the other plants I bought from both companies are all doing fineimage
