Send than an email then, they are very good at customer service. If you think you have been short changed tell them so.

Personally I like trees and shrubs smaller, they can grow on better than if they are already big then are dug up, but its up to you.

Have a look here for some more info and to compere

I feel that the other trees you ordered are not of the small type, that is why they are bigger.

The little one is a small tree only a max of 3 mts and it will take quite a few years to reach that.

I think that would be about right for a small tree.

Is it or was it shooting, can you see buds forming, you could always wait till March then tell them its dead, personally, I think its ok for the type it is.

Verdun, what would you think about Terrys apple tree, any ideas?

  • Received an order from Jacksons nursery yesterday. Very well packed, quick delivery, nice big plants.

Some sale items weren't in stock but they emailed and refunded immediately. Good communication from them which I like and I didn't have to be in to receive the order. The website also has a function to email an alert when plants are back in stock.
