I've never been to Chatsworth but think I might next week while I am off, I've heard the Farmshop is excellent image

Good pic KEF, did you alter the colour or is the red that bright?

David it looks even more impressive tidied up.

OL alter colour lol, can't crop pics properly yet. It was that colour. Farm shop is very good, don't forget to take a chiller bag. image

  • Thanks, KEF.....although it still doesn't give an accurate appreciation of the size of it.

Tracey - Please do try to visit Chatsworth if you get the chance....I've visited many of these country mansions in my time, but Chatsworth is the very best......breath-taking, inside & out.

It looks better in the flesh,it's difficult to take a photo on the kindle.

I have planted some hellebore seedlings down the back of the play house with cow parsley. In summer I am hoping that sweet peas and clematis are all over the house.

I love my pots. Last year the tulips were up in the middle of June! I have crocuses first then lots of tulips with the odd hyacinth. Good old lasagne planting. It pleases my wife every day looking from our kitchen window.

My Belfast sink. It's not really upside down but I'm having trouble with my photos. Buds seem to be appearing on everything

  • Great pics Jac.

I got a new ( well old) belfast sink at the end of last summer and need some inspiration as to what to plant up in it. I'll be delighted if it turns out as good as yours.
