Morning all (don't think Ive been on yet this morning image)

Hope sore shoulders , legs and other bits improve soon. For me its just a touch of 'saddle sore' after bike ride yesterday, and no I don't think Im up for a massageimageimage)

Nice day, not sunny, but warm. Not got much get up and go as yet. HW still needs doing, OH working, son cemented in front of TV (where else?), garden calling but not sure what I fancy doing out there. Maybe another comtemplatory coffee.

Hoping yesterday was fantastic for OLs sister (and OL of course).

Anyone got ideas where to plant osteospermums? Mine look great at edge of border but I think I'd like to see the edge rather than them sprawling onto the grass. Would cutting them back keep them more manageable, less floppy?

I'm cream crackered and cooked right through

I've raked and carted the grass OH Allen scythed last week. Run the rough grass flymo over to shorten it a bit more and taken the ride on mower out in blazing sun to cut the lot.  Will I deserve my glass of wine this eveningimage

Sounds like you certainly will, Nutimage

Remember last year, I dug out a philadelphus which was hidden behind conifers? I replanted it at the bottom of the garden for some screening? I can't find the thread I started about it, or maybe it was part of a different thread, tried looking back in 'threads I started' and 'followed threads' also 'search this site' but it's not coming up. just wanted to post an update photo.

Just been crawling on my hands and knees over the lawn dabbing glyphosate gel in hawkbit and dandelions - still mainly overcast here but warm.

Now to get the hoe out and tidy up the veg patch!

I'm off out image Remembered this morning that I should be attending an open picnic today (just forgot!) so, have chair, fresh strawbs and am off for the bus. At least it will have cooled down a bit by the time I get back image
