    light yoga, massage oils that are helpful for muscular aches are ginger and black pepper, these MUST be diluted in a carrier such as sweet almond or grapeseed, or if used in bath disperse in full fat milk

    sorry hadn't finished my hand was bumped by strong baby!! get oh to do you a light massage helping to gently unknot muscles or book in for a professional ,massage , you can often get a good deal on groupon

    bekkie, not being rude, but have you been to docs.......and don't want to jump to the wrong conclusion, but I had a poorly shoulder a couple of years ago and left it then did go to docs cos it hurt so much. Yours it prob not the same but mine was a 'frozen' shoulder and got tablets etc. Hope its not that and perhaps just slept funny or perhaps you stretched/lifted something. Sending hugs xx

    Hi stargaze, yes have seen doc and under physio, think i must have slept funny as it is killing! Pain killers arent touching itimage

    Rosemummy, your post just sprung up, odd! A massage sounds good, the OH is a bit heavy handed tho! image



    Its the tendon and nerve between my collar bone and shoulder which get pinched in between the two bones, hurts like hell! Wont stop me gardening tho image

    i did have acupuncture on mine, i thought it was a frozen shoulder but it wasn't, i couldn't massage myself! she worked wonders!

    Actually, that may be the problem, my physio is on holiday, so i have missed my accupuncture- ahhhh, all making sense now! Silly sausage aint i image
