Hello everyone, I think I've just about kept up with everything going on, just haven't felt much like posting. Thanks for PM's, I'll reply in a bit (if I don't fall asleep, if I do it will be tomorrow). I've had a busy weekend and stressed to the max at home
Mum has come home today, I can't tell you anything because I don't know anything apart from what I was told originally which is that she was in for a biopsy......which I know isn't true because I'm not stupid. But seen as I'm only a little girl I'm obviously not old enough to know the truth . Anyway.......as they say to be a good liar you need a good memory, which my dad most definitely does not have!!
Anyway, that's enough of that.....onto gardening talk. I have today made myself a lovely new protection system for my brassicas, as you can see my technical skills have a lot to be desired
How big do cucumbers need to be before you pick them and should they still have prickly bits on (Defenders)? I'm presuming they don't get as big as shop bought ones, although they are fatter
ooohhh......I've just found my green sieve thingy I was looking for the other day for ages (in the background!)
Did anyone else see the Tiger programme, just the cutest thing imagineable. Terrible to think that there may soon be none left in the wild.
Pricked out all the biennial seeds today, so now have a very stiff back. Now on second G@T , which should ease the pain. Some cake for afters would be nice.
Enjoy the rest of your evenings.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Forgot to say welcome to the new lady Rebecca, I see you've got us all sussed out already Rebecca, although I am one of the least bonkers ones. I've not been on for a few days so that's why my welcome is belated. I've not been on that long and am still amazed by how friendly and caring everyone is
I think your hoop thingies look great OL Perfect for keeping the flutterbys off!
OL, parents think that they can always protect us, but don't realise there comes a time in our lives when we want to protect them ((Hugs))
Rebecca, I'd love a silver birch tree I do have the space, but Pa Panda, who has the car, said I couldn't have one until I'd planted everything that I had bought I have now, but I think it's probably the wrong time to buy one now
'Doc, missed the tiger thing. Too busy catching up with other bits
There's one next door to my parents house which takes my breath away rebecca - or was that all the weeding!!! I'm kn****red now so off to bed. Night all
Quite a few white flowers would be on my list....a climbing rose, an arch, a pergola, a summer house...........and cake...........and George Clooney and Michael Buble and.............ooh sorry......just dreaming

I did watch the tiger thing in between ruining tea - gave my OH uncooked salmon- woops! He really dosent like it now.
When you see tigers like that, its hard to believe that they can be dangerous, and why people want them as pets - so cute
