Hi Gg, good to see you. I was going to say we already had a Gg, but I thought it might sound rude to Gardengoddess. Perhaps we can think of something else ...........like GGS image

Daughter No.1 with 3 small sons has left to go to son No.2's house for the evening. Peace! Daughter No.2 left after lunch to stay with son No.1 near Orleans. 7 adults and 5 children sat down for lunch here today. The boys age 6 and 8 went in the pool this afternoon, water too cold for me, 20°. Shade temp. 23° sunny day. But yesterday when daughter No.1 arrived it poured.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Sunny and scorchio here and I've had a very busy and productive day so I think I can be forgiven. Two loads of washing done and lots of planting, potting on, tidying and grass mowing. Area behind shed all neat now as I've shifted the compost bin and moved a purple berberis I had put in there as a temporary measure. It's growing away nicely so I will find a place for it. The bees seem very keen on the log pile in there too.

    Which is nice...image
