Lovely news about no. 7 Lizzie. And Edward is a good english name too.
Glad Woody enjoyed Malvern - was trying to spot you on GW last night, but Monty kept getting in the way. Only another week and i am off to Chelsea .... Didn't pay £400 for my ticket though - gone for our usual afternoon entrance deal.
Had rained a lot, but clear at moment. Think i will be dodging the showers and doing GH jobs. Noticed yesterday that i have my first rose (snowdon), my first large flowered clematis and my first Lupin in bloom .... All very exciting
Morning, slept ALL night and didn't wake when OH came up (amazing for me). Feel so much better today, but then it is the w,end!
Lovely news Lizzie, hope you enjoy your Edward cuddles
How expensive is that then??? How can most people go to these shows at that price? Would put me off even looking into it. Always thought the biggest problem would be to get to see anything for the crowds. So glad you enjoyed it Woody, and Lucky Chicky have a good time at Chelsea too.
Hope your dad improves today FB.
Kef - you should have said there were valuable items in your skip - I would have come over in the deep of night

I've often fancied Trilliums too. They grow well up here - they like the conditions.

Good morning to the rest of you.
No sunshine here yet - still raining
Trip to the farm shop in a few mins to get meat, veg & fruit for the weekend ...... anybody want me to pick anything up ?
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
See it as a challenge Verd
Rain's gone off here too but it's to come back later. Plants I put in yesterday will all be well watered in so not all bad.
Should really have my breakfast and get on with something....
