What a lovely sunny morning everyone - it makes such a differenceimage

White Heather - I think quite a few people on here are veggies - my other half will now put up with vegetarian cooking if I throw him a piece of meat now and then.  He even likes lentils if I hide it in something.

My mole has made an appearance again probably because my hedging man was stomping around at the bottom of the garden and moley has popped up in the front garden - the evidence looks like a donkey poo (pardon me).  Happy days.

    Morning

Sun has come to say hello so am off to attempt to sort out the 4th raised bed, the others were done last week in a brief time without rain or wind.

I wish I had Gg energy as well, you do so much.

Big project for garden this year is beginning to take shape (in my head) a large wood board we had went this morning so now I can see the wood from the trees - or rather the fence from the wood.

Next stage is to measure and try to put it all down on paper, - stumpery(small), wild life pond, shrubbery, trellis to hide shed , hedgehog house!

Will keep you all posted - a season long project not a quicky image

Woodgreen, sorry I can't help I'm a proper techno-phobe but can ask my 15 year old when he comes in, he has a Mac and I-phone and is a whizz on anything Apple!!

Whiteheather, I'm not a veggie, but could quite easily be converted.  Just recently I have gone off a lot of meat and we always have meat-free Monday! As I mentioned yesterday I only use animal friendly products, having 2 Beagles that is something I am passionate about.

I have the latest magazine, at last and no thanks to the silly subscription people, I had to go to the shop for it!!!

Sorted one bed this morning, weeding, pruning where necessary. It's a shrub bed with lavender edging. Planted a new lavender as one had died. The exochorda "The Bride" is covered in buds and the sambucus "Black Lace" is getting dark red buds. The choisya "Aztec Pearl" has grown quite a bit since this time last year, thought it would never get going. There were masses of tiny goosegrass weeds starting.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
